Microsoft Unveils Microsoft Band

Microsoft recently released a watch and a fitness band called the Microsoft Band. It can track the amount of steps you take, your heart rate, and you can also access apps like Twitter and Facebook. This band also has a UV sensor which can track how much sunlight you are getting. You can also read messages and look at other apps normally on a smartphone. If you run a lot, it has a GPS tracker that can tell you how far you have walked or ran. It only costs $200.00 and it works on all operating systems. (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) You can also download an app on your phone that will link up with the band and recommend exercises to try. Right now, it is only available in the U.S. Microsoft is hoping to compete with other smartwatches and other fitness bands on the market today.
