Do Now 12/15

If I could make the world a better place, I would tell people to treat others with more respect. Hurting somebody elses feelings doesn't get you anywhere in life. It only makes you a worse person and a worse human being. People need to show more compassion to others. If the world has less people being cruel, it would be a better place.

Black Rebel Burger

My favorite restaurant is Black Rebel Burger in Wood-Ridge, NJ. Click Here This restaurant opened recently. The only food it serves is burgers, fries, and shakes. It recently just replaced another restaurant that was at this location. It is privately owned.
Black Rebel Burger is strictly a burger and fries type of place. They have a wide variety of burgers to choose from. From the black n' blue burger, to the T.Rex burger, they have a great selection. Click Here For Menu My favorite burger is the pig pen burger. It is cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and bacon.

If this place closed, I would most likely go to another burger place. It would be hard to go to another place because their burgers are so good!! There shakes are also excellent. They also have a wide variety of fries to choose from. This place will probably will be a success and hopefully will be in the area for awhile. Click Here for Reviews on Yelp

Do Now 12/2

If I were to change the curriculum at WRHS, I would add a photography class. The class would meet in the cafeteria after 7th period. Students would learn the basics of photography and how to use advanced editing software. The class would be an elective. It would be taken for 2 marking periods.

At the end of the class, students would present their best picture to the class. They would use all the tools they learned to make it the best picture they had ever taken. Hopefully, students would take the skills they learned and use them when taking pictures.

Microsoft Gives a Sneak Peak of Windows 10

Microsoft announced this week that a Windows 10 technical preview would be available October 1st. This new version of the Windows operating system has some improvements and some changes. One of the main features is the return of the start button and search menu from Windows 7 and before. Windows 10 seems to blend ideas from Windows 7 and Windows 8, but keeping the same design and look as in Windows 8. This preview is only available for people who have signed up for the Windows Insider Program. Microsoft hasn't said whether Windows 10 will be free to update to from current Windows 8 devices. But recently, Windows 8.1 was free to download which has never been done in the past with any other windows software. The last update of Windows being free is leading some people to believe that Windows 10 will be a free update. The full Windows 10 is rumored to be released in mid 2015. With it only being a technical preview, improvements can be added.
